How to edit wine cellar in a spreadsheet editor

If you want to edit your huge wine cellar in a spreadsheet editor (e.g. OpenOffice) this can be done in a few steps:

1. Create one or two storages
2. Export them as CSV
3. Transfer the file to your preferred desktop operating system 
4. Start up your preferred spreadsheet editor and enter your data
5. Save data as CSV file
6. Copy the CSV file to your Android device
7. Delete your cellar
8. Import using your CSV file by selecting it in a file explorer (e.g. Astra)

In case you have images for your wine bottles you need some extra steps:

1. Export them as ZIP
2. Transfer the file to your preferred desktop operating system 
3. Start up your preferred archive application (e.g. WinZIP or Unarchive) and uncompress the ZIP file into a directory
4. Copy the images you want to attach to your existing entries (see spreadsheet section)
5. Start up a text editor and enter the names of the image files in the XML file
6. Compress the contents of the directory into a ZIP archive
7. Copy the ZIP archive to your Android device
8. Import using your ZIP archive by selecting it in a file explorer (e.g. Astra)
