Maintenance release 2.2.1

As time goes by... four weeks ago since the new feature release was launched. Now it is time to do some housekeeping...

2.2.1: Maintenance release "Espresso"

• message in Country list shows "%1$d" instead of number of storages (thx to Gerald)

• app crashes sometimes when taking two images in new storage activity (TransactionTooLargeException )

• ZIP export stops when duplicate labels are existent (thx to Alexander)

• action date in history is reset to current date after ZIP import (thx to Yann)

• action date in history is reset to current date after syncing to a new device (thx to Ralf)

• duplicated history entries occur after ZIP import (thx to Alexander)

• app crashes on login (very first login after installation)
