Release 25.06.1 After all the years... yes, there is a new release available for the Kellermeister App. Some obstacles had to be cleared out of the  way since June 2023 but now the new app is available in Playstore. This includes a brand new backend founded on these components: Python 3.12  FastAPI GCP Cloud Run s.a. Kellermeister User Group Enjoy!

Alles neu macht der Mai...  ... sorry, I didn't found an english translation for this one. The new release contains some bugfixes where one of them took the lion share (not-authorized when synchronizing). Alexa skill available After months of silence I'm happy to announce the availability of the Alexa skill for Kellermeister. For Alexa users which are synchronizing their data using the Google-based backend of the Kellermeister app there is a new option to access this information. Alexa-enabled devices can now be utilized to ask questions like "How many bottles of redwhine do I have?" or in german "Wieviele Flaschen Rotwein habe ich?". Please don't hesitate to come back to me with any feedback you have - this is highly appreciated.

After one year of silence I'm happy to announce a new feature release of the Kellermeister app. Version 2.3 is all about providing support for suppliers. Although this may not sound worth one year of waiting it was a lot of work. As time goes by... four weeks ago since the new feature release was launched. After a long time there is a new release of the Kellermeister. 2.1: Feature release " Bonne Fête Maman " - feature: relocate storage between two locations (within one cellar) - bugfix: typos in NL localization (thx to Bart) after cellar import storage list is not updated new created cellar does not display in app title - enhancement: search extended to history comments - changed: removed cellar maintenance menu from group fragments Have fun!

Although it was not on the roadmap: here is a new maintenance release of the Kellermeister. Some users reported issues while trying to import backups using Dropbox and Google Drive. Additionally I was able to fix a strange issue when switching to large cellars which happened after import of large backups. 1.26.3: Maintenance release "Tour de France" - feature: none - bugfix: import for latest DropBox and Google Drive is working again app hangs after switching large cellars added missing check for required permissions (Android 6.0 only) - enhancement: increased maximum accepted value for alcohol: 30.0 vol.% increased maximum accepted value for sugar: 250.0 g/l - changed: none

This release contains support for Material Design and API 23: although it may sound like a small change this is by far the largest change in the app since two years. Please report any issues and I'll be happy to fix them... 1.26: Maintenance release "Marshmallow" - Features: adaption of Material Design (no more missing menu button issues) - Bugfixes: select image from gallery doesn't work for API >= 11 (thx to Rick for issue report) - Enhancements: sliding between tabs enabled - Changes: removed product lookup (until we find a free-of-charge service for this) Have fun!

This release contains support for dutch language and two bugfixes.  1.25.3: Maintenance release "Oranje" - Features: NL translation (kudos to Bart ) - Bugfixes: CSV-files having a leading UTF-8 BOM are not imported numbers changed in NumberPickers are not saved when directly pushing the save button (kudos to Rick ) - Enhancements: none - Changes: none Have fun!

This release contains some small efforts to improve user's experience.  1.25.2: Maintenance release "Santa" - Features: none - Bugfixes: ANR when trying to share an exported cellar and no application is installed which can handle a ZIP archive varietals  are sometimes sorted in wrong order database not closed on cellar change - Enhancements: none - Changes: increased value for maximum count of bottles per storage from 200 to 100.000 (yes, we have power users :) Have fun!

This release includes some nice features, e.g. the long missing swipe support for details views started from a list. Some users requested for improvements when withdrawing bottles and up-stocking wine. Ok, here you go: 1.24: Feature release "Gordes" - Features: added new tab "wine" (wine means: unique pairs of name and vintage) swipe support in the detail view added context menu for up-stocking a wine (convenience method for "copy storage") - Bugfixes: no entry in history when copying a storage - Enhancements: better support for lists of  varietals specify number of bottles when withdrawing added vintage and producer to history view more attributes configurable in list view (e.g. back label, price,  varietal ) - Changes: none Have fun!
